Power and idle issues but dealer said it's good

I got a brand new 2024 KRX 1000, bought it back in March. It's been a blast until a few weeks ago when it lost its power and was acting really sluggish. The dealer determined it was a failing fuel pump and replaced it under warranty.

Since getting it back, the power feels okay down low, but it's definitely lacking on the top end, struggling to hit anything over 60 MPH where it used to pull strong to 70+. What's more concerning now is that it's idling really high, around 1800 RPM, and shifting gears is a real fight without it clunking or jumping. I brought it back to the dealer. He checked it out again and insisted everything is to spec, but it just doesn't feel right.

It's only had about 1800 miles. I'm running 32-inch Carnivores, stock clutching otherwise.

Has anyone experienced similar power loss or high idle after a fuel pump replacement or other warranty engine work on a newer KRX? It feels like the ECU might be out of whack after the new pump. Any suggestions on what to check or who might specialize in these kinds of issues beyond the dealership?

I experienced the same issues after swapping out my fuel pump, high idle, sluggish performance at the top end, and rough shifting. The dealer assured me everything was fine, but I decided to reset the ECU and took it for a ride, varying the throttle to let it relearn. I also discovered that the throttle body wasn't sealed properly. Not yet sure if it has something to do with that or maybe the ECU is still in the process of adjusting, will see

That sounds really frustrating, especially with only 1800 miles on it. Losing top-end power and having a high idle after a fuel pump swap definitely feels off, could be the ECU needs a reset or the throttle body isnt calibrated right. If the dealer isnt helping, try finding a tuner or shop that specializes in KRXs, they often catch stuff dealers miss. Also, see if there are any error codes or software updates that could fix it.

I have a 2023 KRX and this also happened after a fuel pump swap. It ran fine at first, but then started idling high and felt gutless above 60. Dealer said "all good," but we ended up having the ECU reflashed and that brought things back to life. Also have the throttle cable slack and pedal linkage checked, sometimes it's mechanical, not just electronic.
